Your community is our community.
Our bankers care about helping our entire community thrive and prosper.
Yes, our approach to doing business has earned us a reputation as a bank you can depend on – but our commitment to you goes beyond financial services.
Our clients count on us to support the people and organizations working to build and care for our communities. Our culture is deeply rooted in the values of service and philanthropy, and we believe strong communities are built with local volunteers, donations and leadership.
We are proud of the time, energy and compassion our associates dedicate by volunteering for many local non-profit organizations each year.
From sponsoring a basketball scoreboard, to tutoring elementary school students, to raising funds for the United Way or serving as board members on local committees, you’ll find us involved in every aspect of the areas we serve.
These are just some of the many ways we’re active in our community. It’s an honor to work alongside our friends and neighbors.
We all win supporting United Way
For the 18 th year in a row, Fairfield National earned the United Way Gold Cup Award, which honors the organization with the highest number of associates who give at the Fairshare level (at least 1 hour of pay per month). We were proud to have 72 percent of our associates donate at that level, and we hope it inspires others to do the same.
Strategic downtown partner
In Lancaster, Fairfield National wants to ensure downtown prospers. Our associates volunteer for cleanup days and maintain the flower wells in front of our West Main Street office. We’ve made numerous financial commitments to downtown-area events and sponsorships and ensured capital was available to area businesses for renovations and improvements. For those efforts, Destination Downtown Lancaster recognized Fairfield National as one of its 2017 Strategic Partners. We look forward to continuing that effort for years to come.
Student video contest promotes saving
Portia Pack and Owen Anderson made inspiring videos about saving money in the Lights, Camera, Save! video contest sponsored by the American Bankers Association. Pack’s first-place team and Anderson’s second-place squad, both from Lancaster High School’s
Broadcasting Career Tech program, received $250 and $100, respectively, from Fairfield National for their creative efforts.
Fairfield National Bank is delighted to be able to say “yes” to the many requests we get for donations, sponsorships, volunteers and other contributions that support our communities. We strongly believe in investing our money locally and doing everything in our power to support the people and groups in our neighborhoods.Make a Request
