Your community is our community.
Our bankers care about helping our entire community thrive and prosper.
Yes, our approach to doing business has earned us a reputation as a bank you can depend on – but our commitment to you goes beyond financial services.
Our clients count on us to support the people and organizations working to build and care for our communities. Our culture is deeply rooted in the values of service and philanthropy, and we believe strong communities are built with local volunteers, donations and leadership.
We are proud of the time, energy and compassion our associates dedicate by volunteering for many local non-profit organizations each year.
From sponsoring a basketball scoreboard, to tutoring elementary school students, to raising funds for the United Way or serving as board members on local committees, you’ll find us involved in every aspect of the areas we serve.
These are just some of the many ways we’re active in our community. It’s an honor to work alongside our friends and neighbors.
Fairfield National Hosts Children’s Book Reading
In March, Fairfield National hosted a book reading from author and illustrator Erin Burchwell in the lobby of our main office. The book, entitled “Packard Takes Flight,” is illustrated by Burchwell and gives young readers a scenic and informative tour of notable Columbus sites. Burchwell is currently writing and illustrating a book that takes place in Lancaster.
Gold Cup Winner
For the 19th consecutive year, Fairfield National was awarded the United Way Gold Cup. The annual award is given to the company with the highest percentage of Fairshare givers. The bank also received the per capita award, which is awarded to the company with the largest per capita donation.
Free Homebuyer Education classes
The bank hosted two free homebuyer education classes in February, one at its main office and a second at its Slate Ridge office. These free classes offered extremely helpful information when it comes to purchasing a home, including what someone needs to bring with them at the time of application, various programs available to a prospective buyer, down payment assistance programs and more.
FNB associate earns customer service award
Fairfield National associate Kate Smiley Parker received the Tammy Nusser Customer Service Award at the annual Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce dinner. The award recognizes an individual who displays “outstanding and consistent customer service” and selected by the Chamber Board of Directors.
Fairfield National Bank is delighted to be able to say “yes” to the many requests we get for donations, sponsorships, volunteers and other contributions that support our communities.
