Fairfield National Bank Announces Promotions and Leadership Changes

Steve Wells, President of Fairfield National Bank announced the promotions of Jamey Binkley and Heather Wiley to Assistant Vice President.
Along with these promotions, Assistant Vice President and Marketing Director, Molly Bates, will expand her duties to include the oversight of the bank’s Freedom Years program and work with Freedom Years Director, Kate Smiley, as well as assist with the bank’s business development efforts. Binkley, Wiley and Bates will also be added to the bank senior leadership group that works very closely forming and executing bank strategy.
FNB Helps LHS Students Achieve Financial Confidence

A computer-based approach to financial literacy is giving Lancaster High School students new insight into practical information on topics such as: saving, budgeting, credit cards, mortgages, student loans, credit scores and more.
Fairfield National Bank is proud to partner with Everfi, a Washington, D.C. based educational technology company, to provide the FNB Financial Confidence Program to the school. This self-paced program offers a pre-assessment and a post-assessment for each of the 10 modules, which allows the teachers to track the student’s progress.
